Hydrofracking is destroying NY State's most irreplaceable resource

Dear Commissioner Enck,
Hydrofracking is destroying NY State's most irreplaceable resource, pure water, in your region! Please Use every bit of authority you have or may have to arrest this permitting and drilling process until our laws can catch up with the situation. New York needs time to revise its SGEIS for hydrofracking. The EPA was created for just such a situation!
