President Obama is Yet Another Climate Change Hypocrite

Fractivists are pounding President Obama to ban nationwide gas/oil wastewater dumping now that we outed him as yet another climate change hypocrite. While the President has long decried the impacts of burning fossil fuels, his 2012 State of the Union Address actually promised to perpetuate America's addiction to fracked natural gas for a century:

"We have a supply of natural gas that can last America nearly one hundred years, and my Administration will take every possible action to safely develop this energy (emphasis added). Experts believe this will support more than 600,000 jobs by the end of the decade. And I’m requiring all companies that drill for gas on public lands to disclose the chemicals they use. America will develop this resource without putting the health and safety of our citizens at risk (emphasis added)."

TAKE ACTION TODAY TO REQUIRE PRESIDENT OBAMA TO MAKE SURE THAT DONALD TRUMP CANNOT FRACK AMERICA

President Obama is initiating important policies practically every day in a desperate attempt to beef up his legacy, particularly on environmental issues.

We must exploit the President's shale fracking hypocrisy to require him to ban improper disposal of toxic and radioactive fracking wastewater before leaving office. This is the Achilles Heel of Fracking. If we can eliminate outmoded dumping practices, all forms of gas/oil extraction would be dealt a lethal blow.

We have four weeks to call into question the President's climate change accomplishments. We must bring brutal pressure to bear in order to require President Obama to make sure that Donald Trump cannot carry out his Fracking Oath of Office during his first day on the job:

"On energy, I will cancel job-killing restrictions on the production of American Energy, including shale energy (emphasis added) and clean coal, creating many millions of high-paying jobs. That's what we want. That's what we have been waiting for."

For years, Green Groups obviously gave political cover to President Obama on shale fracking. Grassroots Fractivists must now hold them accountable. Demand that they join this wastewater ban coalition or promise to "out" them as climate change hypocrites. Threaten to withhold financial support. That will terrify them.
