Need more info? Toxics Targeting provides Phase I Environmental Database Reports throughout New York State. Engineers, consultants, homebuyers, developers, lawyers, lenders and government agencies use our reports to locate and assess pollution hazards.

Reports search up to 27 toxic site categories on and around any address, including landfills, dumps, leaking tanks, hazardous waste generators, brownfields, pollution discharges and other known or potential threats.

Identified sites are mapped and profiled in a detailed report. Click map identification numbers to retrieve site profiles.

Reports comply with the "all appropriate inquiry" Phase I protocol (ASTM 1527 05), cost $150.00 each and are emailed for fast delivery. Consultants qualify for volume discounts. We also provide fire insurance maps, historic aerial photos and Geographic Information System (GIS) services.
